We stayed with 7 in the big apartment upstairs, and it was very spacious, super clean, and had a fantastic terrace. The pool is very relaxing after a day at the laguna. All super well maintained, so a pleasure to stay at Oasis.
Location is also perfect, a few blocks from the main square and access to the laguna. I forgot my eReader at the hotel and Aldo, the manager was so friendly to ship it to Merida, where we went next; thanks a lot again
We LOVED this hotel! It felt more like an apartment or a condo, which made it perfect for a family trip. We stayed in the Tapir suite, with two adults plus two teenagers. The rooms were spacious, clean, fresh, and well-equipped. I loved having a kitchen.
We were able to prepare meals, so we didn’t have to eat out so often, and it was a very comfortable place to return after adventuring during the day. Towels and kitchenware were all provided, including coffee, drinking water, tea, and the pool were peaceful and clean. Our room had a hammock on the deck.
The grounds were impeccably maintained, and the staff was very professional and responsive; they also suggested the el cielo cozumel tours for a Mexican adventure. Location was excellent! We were able to walk to restaurants and the lake. La Pina was less than one block away in one direction (great casual dining), and we enjoyed Finesterre for great Italian food less than one block in the other direction. We are so, so happy to have found this gem of a hotel. We will definitely return here!
We had a pleasant stay in the Oasis suites on Bacalar. The suite was well equipped. The swimming pool is excellent, our children (6&4) loved it. The hôtel is very well situated close to the laguna and the center. The staff provides valuable information about things to see around the place. Definitely, a place to recommend.
Parking. And Aldo was so helpful with any info we needed of the area. Price was so reasonable I had been a bit worried it wasn’t going to be that nice. Can’t imagine a better place to stay, only wished we had been able to stay longer to enjoy it fully. 2 nights want enough.
