In the beginning, we loved the hotel staff, from the front desk, hostesses, restaurant, room service, and each of the amenities, we were thrilled.

Great food. Little sargassum. Rooms are fine. I pay for a fantastic dinner or dinner rather than deciding on an inclusive, and this is the location. I wish they provided the distinctive wine and wine meal because of the start. (Request it).

Whenever I asked for something, the team solved. They also recommended me the best shore snorkeling in cozumel close to Cancun.

Appeared great. The hotel is very near a brand new mall, “Marina Puerto Cancun” that I visited three times. Locals are extremely wonderful.

Beautiful resort on the beautiful shore. The retreat is quiet & relaxing but with easy walking distance to nightlife & restaurants – and an effortless cab ride to stores & much more restaurants. Ideal location. Beautiful, that isn’t All-Inclusive, so it’s possible to try unique restaurants. The fantastic suggestion I found on here would request the breakfast menu in case you don’t need a huge breakfast (it saves you money). Be aware of crazy giant lizards in grounds!

We upgraded to a sea view room inside the Club choice, and it was fantastic. The breakfast buffet had a vast array of Mediterranean food and Mexican. A particular thank you to Carlos to your beautiful cappuccinos daily. They hit the place.

Last but not least, thank you for the women in the Ikal Spa. They were simply wonderful in this hotel.
