This place is crazy and enjoyable! Everybody lets loose and is extremely easy-going, and the air is relaxing and fun but crazy! Mr. Papi and Tinkerbell were terrific, hilarious, and made us feel welcome; we’ll return for sure!

This was my very first trip to Temptation was not sure of precisely what to expect. I had an excellent experience. The food and staff were great. My favorite meal was out of the VIP pool on the 7th floor. The fish tacos and shrimp poppers were fantastic. I also adored the menu at the Italian restaurant. The nightly shows are the best I have encountered at any hotel.

Always an excellent time with excellent food, good service, beautiful hotel, and stunning rooms. Higher-end hotel and we never depart hotel during our excursions. Good day celebration with playmakers staff who recommended me the cozumel water jet board close to this hotel, especially Kelly, Jordyn, Tinker Bell, and MC JJ stand out, which makes it a great deal of fun and nighttime themed dance parties together with exceptional DJ’s.

The Premier Bar team of Gerry, Tono, Miguel, Julio, and Eliosio are tremendously talented bartenders you immediately become fast friends with as they are beautiful people and a lot of fun. Also a shout from Premier Sales Staff that are wonderful men and women. Hats off to the hotel possession and management teams for these always selecting the proper people and running a well run world-class hotel.

Fantastic trip, staff, and weather. Great ambiance and food at the restaurants. It’s not right for swingers or singles.

Just got back out of temptations. Amazing moment. We were somewhat worried about doing something different, but could not be happier that we did. Food was fantastic, the team better, perspectives unusual. I want to shout out to Rosales, in the front desk. He had been the very first interaction which we needed and was so amazing.

Kenny that the bartender on the 7th floor created amazing mojitos and has been so favorable. So enticing and remembered our drink orders every day. Israel that the bartender. He recalled our drinks and had the beer given to us before we asked for this. You get a fantastic thing going with your employees; they left a great holiday in the hotel even better.
