We booked the last room available, and it was a little room with a fan and a balcony. The room was, and with only a fan, it was warm. But we knew what we booked, and the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the balcony is a nice extra.

The staff was amiable, helped us out with everything and we could kayak for one hour for free. Breakfast in the morning was excellent.

My friend and I arrived in the middle of the night without booking ahead, and the owner accepted us immediately with great love and took care of everything we needed; he also gave us mini sub in cozumel recommendations. The conditions in the room are high, the location is perfect, great prices! Breakfast included and you can ask for kayaks for free!

Nice little hotel, with theme rooms, great staff and very cozy. Perfect location, one block from the lagoon, two from the Ecological Reserve and three from the public Balneario. Also close to live-music bars and restaurants. Breakfast is included and is very well served! Abigail, the manager, was accommodating and we had some exciting chats!

Gorgeous pretty little hotel…so beautifully decorated, lovely garden and even more incredible staff… there are two new lady owners, and they are really enthusiastic and helpful.

On the map this hotel is shown in town; it is out of town to the North, but this is a good thing – it’s on a fantastic stretch of water with a jetty right next door to use for the lake and is an easy and pleasant walk to town.

I highly recommend this little hotel starting with the excellent service and excellent price the staff is amiable and helpful you will have an excellent time here they night includes breakfast. Ruby is the best making you always feel welcome!
