We just returned from a FANTASTIC holiday at this unique and magical place. The road is bumpy yes because you are not arriving at the St. Regis! Instead, you have the opportunity to enjoy an authentic Eco Hotel with fantastic service, authentic homemade taste cuisine and above all, outstanding hospitality.

The place is owned and managed by a Mexican family who is genuinely committed to delivering service excellence, the staff is so courteous and accommodating. Nothing is by the book; they instead create a tailor-made experience for you. Great facility and beautiful details.

I have been in many hotels around the globe, and I can honestly tell you that sleeping quality was simply the best. We will take a cozumel atv tour recommended by our hosts. There are very few places where you can wake up listening to the birds singing. The room is fantastic in all senses, you feel transported to a magical place where all you have to do is enjoy!

A beautiful and secluded slice of paradise. Very attentive staff, numerous amenities on site (restaurant/bar, kayaks, lagoon tours, local outings). The rustic rooms and outdoor bathrooms were a great experience. Simplicity, seclusion, and scenery. Enjoy!

Stunning cabanas on Lake Bacalar. Superb views, close to town, a restaurant on site, kayaking, pool, free wifi, and friendly staff. If you’re after the romance or a getaway from the rest of the world, then this is the place to be.

We stayed only one night but wished we had stayed more here! Bacalar was beautiful, and this hotel just added to our experience. We didn’t miss the AC with the breeze that flowed through our room. The staff was great, and the sunrises were so beautiful!
